How to remember anything
Remembering Names, Numbers and whole presentations easily – if you can do that, you have a clear advantage. Nijmegen based memory trainer, Guinness world record holder and neuroscientist Boris Nikolai Konrad will explain us his memory methods.
Learn how to remember names of your participants and clients, how to give a new speech from memory shortly after writing it and how to learn facts, information and definitions. Do you currently not dare to offer your programs in another language? Boris, who frequently presents in English, Dutch and German, will also show you how to increase your vocabulary or learn a new language.
When memory artists such as Boris bewilder their audience, hardly anyone knows that these skills are based on techniques that are thousands of years old, can be learned in short time and can also be used when teaching yourself
By the end of his presentation you will appreciate your own great memory and know how to apply the methods! You will also know how to make sure, others do not forget you anymore and how to enrich your own material to make it stick for your audience.
Dr. Boris Nikolai Konrad is a memory champion and neuroscientist. He stands four times in the Guinness Book of Records, for example for memorizing 201 names to the matching persons in just 15 minutes. At the Donders Institute in Nijmegen he researches extraordinary memory achievements. As a speaker he gives lectures on memory training, neuroscience and artificial intelligence. He presents in English, Dutch and German and earned his CSP in 2016. His book “De geheimen van ons geheugen” reached the national Dutch bestseller list in late 2018. More on boriskonrad.nl

- How to set up a laptop in advance to minimise the risk of failure on the day
- What equipment every speaker should carry to gigs
- What to do at the venue and how to connect the technology
- How to create effective slides
A detailed handout will be provided. The session aims to be accessible to all – no advanced knowledge of AV systems is required.
